
Ingredients:
- 1.5 lbs ground beef
4 eggs
2 onions
2 cloves garlic
3 slices of bread
1 cube beef stock
Canola oil
White wine
3 bay leaves
you can substitute shallots for onions
Directions:
Dice onions. Fry them in Veggie oil. and take most of them out of the pan and combine with meet eggs and salt and pepper, garlic with uncrusted soaked bread., Mix well. Roll meat into 2 or 3 loafs of floor. Add watter and beef stoke to the fyr pan. let boil add meat. simmer for one hour on one side and turn over and simmer for another hour.
